Job Description

We service local employers by providing employees personalized, relationship based care at our network of primary care practices. Modeled after Concierge Medicine, we go above and beyond to provide the highest level of care and customer service to our members. Our practices offer convenience, access, and extended appointment times. We also offer a HIPPA secure text messaging app to our members where they can communicate medical needs with the clinical team.

Anticipate new clinics or pods at:

  • Signature cabinetry
  • Alvernia
  • Lancaster Bible College

Hours: Fulltime (40 hours/week), on-call requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner by PA Board of Medicine
  • Valid, unrestricted federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number
  • Credentialed by, and a member in good standing of, the LGH Medical and Dental Staff with appropriate unrestricted clinical privileges.
  • Satisfaction of relevant continuing education requirements.
  • Participation as a provider in good standing in the Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs and such other third-party payment programs, including managed care programs, in which LGMG participates.
  • At least three years of clinical experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience as APP in a primary care office, ED or Urgent Care
